TERMS & CONDITIONS “LIKE US” POLIMEX promotion
1. The organizer of the promotion is Polimex Travel Inc. with main office located in Toronto. Promotion will be held online..
2. The Competition starts on 1 November 2016 at 00:01 UTC (“Start Date”) and ends on 31 August 2017at 24:00 UTC (“Closing Date”). Entries must be submitted online through the below webpages of the Competition after the Start Date and before the Closing Date. Entries submitted/uploaded after the Closing Date will not be considered.

The draw will be made at Polimex location at 141 Roncesvalles Ave, M6R 2L2 Toronto, ON.
3. Polimex employees, authorized agents are not permitted and are not eligible in this Promotion.
4. How to enter:
Everyone who during the time period of the promotion will like Polimex Travel Facebook page or sign up for Polimex Travel newsletter will be registered and participate in the Promotion. By posting a picture of a place where you would like to go for vacation and already liking Polimex Travel FB you also become eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. The prize:
One prize will be drawn – a round trip for one person in LOT Economy Class from Toronto to Warsaw with LOT Polish Airlines* (some restrictions apply)
6. Winner is responsible to pay all taxes and surcharges
7. Prize will be awarded to the individual named on the entry – FB page or newsletter list
8. The Prize listed above will only be credited/awarded once, and only to the one confirmed
9. The Prize listed in the above table is the only Prizes to be credited/awarded under this Competition.
10. Prize winner will be notified through FB profile or email given and will have to answer simple skill testing question to obtain the right to the prize.
11. Prize winner will be published online on www.polimex.com website and Polimex Facebook profile and can be published in other media for marketing purpose.
12. Polimex may cancel, revise, or change the terms of the Promotion (including the Promotion Period) at any time.
13. Non-satisfaction of these eligibility conditions and/or breach of any term of this Agreement at any point in time may result in your disqualification from the Promotion
14. The winner of the air ticket awarded must be the one travelling and must travel all segments. This is non-transferable. All winners’ names logged within LOT’s Registration System shall be final.
15. Travel dates might be restricted
16. This voucher applies to base fare and YQ fuel surcharge amount. Airport taxes, airport security fees, and any other fees are not included. Please settle the remaining balance with credit card.
17. Tickets are non-refundable and no changes are permitted, for other flights, routes or travel dates once ticketed.
18. There are a limited number of seats available. The reservation is designated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the available promotional seats for the selected flights are full, please select another travel period. The reservation will be confirmed only within seats availability and only in travel classes indicated by LOT.
19. Flights are based on LOT's schedule. Seats are capacity controlled, subject to availability and may not be available on all dates and flights.
20. LOT conditions of carriage apply. All fare rules apply. Winner is responsible for any additional charges such as change or cancellation fees once the ticket has been issued.
21. The winner must be 18 years of age or above LOT Polish Airlines conditions of carriage apply. All documentations (ie passports, visa’s, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
22. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers.
23. This voucher can only be redeemed once. Any remaining amount left unused will be forfeited.
24. LOT reserves the right to demand presentation of the original redemption letter for verification
25. In case of any dispute, the decision of LOT shall be final.
26. This prize is non-transferable, cannot be extended or redeemed for cash, In case of cancellation, for any given reason, the trip will be forfeited.
27. The Promotion Sponsors assume no responsibility should the Prize winner and his or her guest be denied airline entry or entry into Europe for any reason whatsoever
28. The Promotion winner and his or her guest are responsible for obtaining their own insurance, such as health, medical, trip cancellation and other insurance
